Salary: 30-45k (DOE)

On behalf of our client, a London based strategic consultancy specialising in the B2B/Tech space, we are on the lookout for an organised and Excel superstar Qualitative Operations Manager.

Field Management

• Participant recruitment

• Attending both client briefings and internal team briefings

• Screener design

• Creation and management of all project documents, profile sheets, quota sheets, fieldwork schedules

• Continuous monitoring of fieldwork progress, providing regular client updates

Operations

• Budget management

• Workflow tracking and process optimisation, excellent Excel skills are a must

• Scheduling meetings and appointments

• Office management and admin

The successful candidate will have a can-do approach, taking pride on creating the best outcomes possible of their work. Balancing sometimes conflicting priorities, with the ability to compartmentalise and manage several tasks simultaneously with impeccable attention to detail
