Salary: £55–65k + bonus
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, Home Counties)

Are you a quant-driven Senior Research Manager ready for a step up, or an established Associate Director looking for bigger, more strategic challenges? You’ll be working across a broad range of mixed-method projects, from large-scale segmentations to innovation, brand work and strategic ad-hoc studies. You’ll have the chance to shape work that genuinely influences decision-making. The environment is hands-on, fast-paced and supportive, with plenty of opportunity to try new approaches, work closely with talented colleagues, and mentor rising stars.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the design and delivery of sophisticated quantitative projects, often within mixed-method programmes.
• Crafting compelling, story-led outputs that uncover clear insights and drive action.
• Managing and growing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Contributing to winning proposals, pitches and strategic thinking.
• Supporting, coaching and motivating junior team members.
• Balancing hands-on analysis with stepping back to provide senior oversight.

About you

• A quant specialist at Senior RM/AD level, experienced in consumer sectors such as retail or FMCG.
• Strong analytical capability with familiarity across a range of techniques
• Excellent at joining the dots, extracting meaning from data and weaving it into a clear narrative.
• Comfortable working at pace on complex, multi-market studies.
• Confident, collaborative and adaptable, able to shift between detail-oriented delivery and bigger-picture thinking.
• Someone who enjoys a warm, social, in-office culture with hybrid flexibility.
