Location: UK-based, ideally within commuting distance of London

Salary: £65-75k + attractive quarterly bonus

Our client is a globally recognized leader in healthcare insights, working with some of the most forward-thinking organizations in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. With a presence spanning multiple countries, they specialize in providing high-impact data-driven solutions to help bring life-changing treatments to market.

They are currently seeking an experienced Quantitative Research Director to join their UK/EU team. This role offers a blend of hands-on research, client account leadership, and strategic collaboration across divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute full-service quantitative research projects within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and life sciences sectors.

Oversee a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring best-in-class research and insights delivery.

Provide mentorship and direct line management to a junior team member.

Work closely with internal teams, including business development, to shape account strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging them at a strategic level to drive impactful decision-making.

What You’ll Need:

Extensive experience in quantitative healthcare research within a market research agency in the UK.

Experience in conducting Qualitative primary research is a nice-to-have

A strong background in custom, ad-hoc primary research projects.

Previous team management or mentoring experience.

Commercial acumen, with the ability to align insights with business objectives.

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly regarding product commercialization and market access.

UK-based candidates only. Must be able to travel to London ideally weekly, however if not that frequent I would still like to speak with you. You must hold a valid UK work permit.
