Maarit kicked off on her career in market research recruitment over six years ago, working as an internal recruiter with MaritzCX (InMoment) and Kudos Research. The daily life in fast-paced call centres gave her hands-on experience in both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the industry.

Her experience in resourcing for international teams has provided her with a deep understanding of diverse cultures around the world. In addition to recruitment, she has also worked as a market research project supervisor and interviewer trainer.

Maarit thrives in dynamic environments where no two days are alike, and loves connecting with people, hearing their unique stories, and playing the role of a "job matchmaker."

When she’s not at work, you'll usually find her soaking up live music with friends or hitting the trails around London for a hike, and in the summer at festivals that blend her love for music and the outdoors.
