Our small but growing client based in Central London are looking for a Project Manager to join their EMEA team.

This role involves managing the delivery of Full Service and Sample Only market research projects, with responsibilities for client management and project delivery including; fieldwork sampling and monitoring, data quality, and budget management.

Ideal candidates should be passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. They should thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, excel under tight deadlines, adapt to change, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

The successful candidate will enhance client satisfaction by taking full ownership and providing exceptional service across projects related to quantitative data collection. We need a strong communicator with experience in project lifecycle management, data collection, and achieving objectives throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Take complete ownership of managing and executing full-service and sample only projects for various customers, overseeing tasks from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

Customer Communication: Maintain full responsibility for all customer interactions, employing a clear, proactive, and service-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
