Senior Business Development Manager – Food & Drinks - London (Hybrid)
Drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and own your sales success in the food & drink insights space.
Location : Central London 2x a week
Salary: up to 50k + 25% Comms (More if you over achieved)
Our leading UK-based insights and consultancy client that specialises in data and market intelligence for the food and drink sector, are looking for a confident and proven Senior BDM to drive growth across a portfolio of subscription products and bespoke research services.
This role is 70% new business, 30% account management, focused on building strategic relationships and delivering consultative, longer-cycle sales.
Their solutions help brands make smarter, commercially driven decisions using cutting-edge insights and expert analysis.
What you’ll do:
- Win new business & manage key accounts
- Deliver demos, proposals & pitches to senior stakeholders
- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities across multiple products
- Collaborate with internal teams & attend industry events
Requirements include:
- Agency experience is a must
- Food & Drinks experience is a nice-to-have. If no professional experience selling into clients within the sector, interest is key.
- Proven sales experience (consultative, insights or data-led services
- Excellent relationship-building & presentation skills
- Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
