Location: Midlands (Hybrid, 1 day per week in office)
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000, depending on experience

Working with our client, you will play a vital role in both qualitative and quantitative research projects, engaging with everything from project inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious researcher eager to advance in their career in a nurturing, independent company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage both qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Conduct face-to-face research, including interviews and focus groups
• Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights
• Draft reports and presentations, turning data into actionable insights
• Ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the research process

About you:

• Previous experience working in a market research agency
• Previous exposure to both quant and qual and eagerness to work on both
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data
• Critical thinker with ability to think on your feet and ‘get your hands dirty’
• Confident communicator, with interest in people and society
