Salary : £33-38k plus bonus

Location: London | Flexible Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office

Our client is a London-based, market research fieldwork agency with clients across the UK and the US providing high-level mainly qualitative fieldwork services. They seek an experienced International Project Manager!

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager with a track record in large multi-market studies and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.  You will prioritize client satisfaction, expand the suppliers network, and ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery. Responsibilities:

• Review project details upon sale, assess screeners for potential issues, and ensure all necessary suppliers are identified.
• Participate in client kick-off calls, ensuring high standards, and provide 
• Monitor project statuses for key/strategic accounts, proactively address challenges, and escalate issues to Directors for support and advice when necessary
• Being the main point of contact for your clients, providing regular progress updates to necessary teams

Skills and Experience:

• Proven fieldwork experience managing UK and international Qualitative Projects 
• Good understanding of the project cycle for both Qualitative and Quantitative projects
• Basic understanding of feasibility and bidding processes
• Skillful in developing client and supplier relationships
• Strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management
  
• Adaptable across various industries, projects, and research methodologies
• Positive attitude crucial; open to learning, driven to excel, and agile in experience to contribute effectively
