Eleanor graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Psychology, whilst working part-time in a number of customer facing roles; understanding people, motivations and behaviours has always been central to her work. This encouraged her to take on numerous volunteering ventures, both in the UK and abroad, focusing on helping vulnerable people and positive mental health. 

With 2 years of 360 recruitment experience, Eleanor started her recruitment career within IT, specializing in Cloud and Infrastructure, before joining Hannelius Recruitment. Now, she heads up the Full Service Research function, working on roles from Research Executive up to Director, VP and MD level.

She prides herself on her integrity and ease in building strong long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

A dog lover, a theatre enthusiast and a foodie, in her spare time, Eleanor enjoys meeting friends, watching Grey's Anatomy or finding new Italian restaurants.
