One of the fastest growing global market research agencies in London is looking for a Senior Research Manager to work on cutting edge and innovative research projects for some of the most renowned brands in the world.  They are a truly digital agency who partner with a leading global tech company helping with their creative principles and digital advertising; allowing them to really push the boundaries of research.  With clients in over 90 countries, they specialise in helping businesses to drive innovation, brand engagement and customer value by providing actionable insights by bringing together information, people and tech.  

The Senior Research Manager will sit in the product innovation team and be part of a rapidly growing company, helping with all aspects of the research, from analysis to reporting; and will be able to demonstrate strong client facing skills. Role of Senior Research Manager

  • Managing all aspects of the research lifecycle, including analysis and providing insightful reports
  • Supporting junior research managers with project management and questionnaire design
  • Working on complex research projects within innovation including early stage buying, concept and pack testing, touch point journey mapping, usage tests and usage & attitude studies
  • Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the whole process and taking a consultative approach

Requirements of Senior Research Manager

  • Experience working in a market research agency, across the whole research lifecycle
  • A good track record liaising with clients and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Previous experience working with brands and products, particularly FMCG and drinks brands
  • Comfortable managing al steps of a research project from survey design to client delivery
  • Someone who is a real problem solver and takes a proactive and resourceful approach
