Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Location: London | Flexible Hybrid working, office-based two days per week

Our small, boutique MR Agency client is seeking a highly motivated and insightful individual to join their team as an Insight Manager. This would be a great opportunity for a Senior Research Executive level candidate ready to step up to the next level or a junior level Research Manager looking for something new.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of consumer insights strategies that align with business goals.
• Design and manage quantitative research projects from assisting with proposals, working on best methodology, writing flawless questionnaires, analysing data, preparing presentations and presenting to clients 
• Analyse data from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations and strategic insights 
• Experience in data analysis tools such as SPSS, Q or similar software.

Key Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working for a primary Market Research Agency in UK 
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to transform data into strategic insights.
• Experience with a variety of research methodologies including online surveys and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• An ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
