One of the fastest growing global agencies in London is looking for an Associate Director to join their collaborative and friendly organisation.  They operate across a range of sectors including healthcare, digital, consumer, corporate, public affairs and technology; working with some of the worlds most exciting brands.  Their work is grounded in a deep understanding of how client’s audiences think, make decisions and engage with companies and they pride themselves on providing clients’ with strategic insights ensuring their communications and engagements with the world are the most powerful they can be.  The successful candidate will be able to think strategically while demonstrating strong leadership skills and managing thought-provoking quant projects for a variety of sectors. Key Skills

  • Lead international projects from pitching, writing business wining proposals through to delivering strategic and thought-provoking insights
  • Manage creative and ground breaking research projects 
  • Manage both ad hoc and tracking projects with a specific focus on quant ad hoc
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts and develop new business for a variety of sectors including healthcare, digital and consumer
  • Manage a team of up to 3-4 junior researchers, supporting with questionnaire design, data analysis and reporting
  • Managing account budgets ensuring projects are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Share new research techniques, industry information and best practice across the team

Key Requirements

  • Experience of leading international/multi-market quantitative projects across the whole research lifecycle, with a specific focus on ad hoc
  • Good track record running projects from brand positioning, understanding audiences and thought leadership
  • Confident growing existing accounts and developing new business
  • Previous experience managing junior members of the team
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to think in a strategic, logical and creative way
  • Experience within a brand, public relations or communications agency would be a huge plus
