An Innovation Consultancy based in the heart of London are looking for an Insight Consultant to work on leading qualitative projects, across a range of industries including utilities, FMCG and retail to name a few.  The company work on some of the most revolutionary and thought-provoking projects, from concept innovation through to market launch; with a key focus on understanding consumer desires and how markets are likely to evolve.  The ideal candidate will have a good track record managing qualitative projects from an insight perspective and in return you will receive fantastic benefits, opportunity to travel globally, autonomy on research projects.

Key skills

  • Design qualitative research i.e discussion guides
  • Moderate a variety of methodologies including ethnographies, IDI’s, co-creation, workshops, UX, and focus groups
  • Responsible for analysis and reporting in line with client requirements
  • Managing and developing key accounts and getting involved in forecasting
  • Act as the insight advocate to maximise client satisfaction


Key Requirements

  • Well versed in designing and managing qualitative research projects
  • Exposure working in a boutique style agency or consultancy
  • Good track record moderating a range of methodologies, in particular ethnographies
  • Someone who is curious, creative and insight focused
