Location: Central London | Flexible Hybrid working, office based twice a week

This role is based in the UK and successful candidates need to be UK based along with a valid working permit/visa.

On behalf of our client, we are on the lookout for a passionate, forward thinking, analytical Insight Executive to join their Insights and Analytics team across the Energy sector. Putting their consumers at the forefront of their research, join a company with a focus on efficient energy consumption who pride themselves on reaching vulnerable audiences.

You can expect to be working across a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, within a fun, friendly and collaborative team. Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple studies simultaneously, in a timely manner, and to deadlines
• Creating and developing research materials to aid with the successful delivery of internal projects; questionnaire design, fieldwork management, data structuring and report writing
• Developing and maintaining trusted client and supplier relations
• Liaising with external research agencies
• Working in a collaborative manner to ensure the effective and efficient utilisation of research findings across the team
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure that the teams research plans are set up appropriately and reflect broader organisational goals

Requirements:

• You will have 1 – 2 years hands on Market Research Agency experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong account management skills – building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent range of quantitative research skills, and able to lead a research project from inception to storytelling, with an interest in qualitative research
• You will be detail-orientated, scrutinize research, share your ideas, and passion for finding the narrative
• Good understanding of the regulatory frameworks within the energy sector would be a bonus
• Proven experience of using crosstabulation
