Our client, a large market research agency that’s super proud of its tech, is looking for a Client Success Manager to support their clients for ad-hoc research studies in the FMCG sector.
As Client Success Manager, you will have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time, while maintaining fantastic attention to detail.
As someone who will be client-facing, you’ll have the gravitas to share insight reports and tell the story confidently, while answering client questions, supporting their needs, and equally able to manage expectations.
You will be proactive in striking up and maintaining relationships; you’ll be the type of person that takes the initiative to check in, keep clients up-to-date, and want to go the extra mile to deliver great results.
The successful Client Success Manager, as well as being research savvy, will also take an interest in growing new business from existing clients, and new clients.

Responsibilities and skills:
- Understand and make choices on appropriate research methodologies for ad-hoc quant projects
- Designing and writing questionnaires
- Checking survey links
- At least 5 years experience in market research agencies
- Exemplary time-management and organizational skills
- Quant data analysis and insight reporting
- Client management: from initial kick-off calls right the way through to the debrief stage, and beyond
- Excellent and clear written and verbal communication skills with colleagues at all levels
- An interest and ability to provide guidance/mentorship to more junior members of staff
- Proficient use of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Reporting to:
- Senior Client Success Manager and/or Client Success Director
Nice to have/bonus (these are truly non-essential, so if you do not have these skills/experiences, please still apply!)
- In addition to English, speaking an additional language is a bonus but not a must-have
- Educated to degree-level
- Working knowledge of SPSS
Package:
- Hybrid flexible working, with 2-3 days in the office in a central London location
- 25 days holiday
- Potential bonus based on individual and company performance
