Location: Central London | Flexible Hybrid working, office based twice per week

We have an amazing opportunity for a Quantitative Research Director to join one of the world’s leading market research agencies, with offices in over 80 markets.

As an Associate Director in the UK team, you will play an integral role in leading your team, making informed and confident decisions, personifying company values whilst building great relationships.

You can expect to be leading a bright, fun, diverse and eager to learn team. You will have the autonomy to use your expertise, whilst drawing upon the companies’ techniques and methodologies to demonstrate a confident, communicative, and effective working style.

Responsibilities;

• Strong account management skills – building and maintaining client relationships
• Ensuring project briefs are fulfilled, in a timely manner, and to deadlines
• Providing guidance, support and coaching to junior team members
• Running client briefings, remaining the point of contact for your clients throughout projects and account matters
• Challenging the status quo – being curios about how we can better ourselves
• Listening attentively, recommending the most appropriate course of action after collecting and considering all the necessary information
• Being able to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Facilitating personal development of team members and achievement of team goals
• Actively engaging and supporting the factors contributing to the achievement of commercial success within the company
• Facilitating effective team working, through honest and open working relationships
• You will be a natural leader, with strong problem-solving skills being able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Project management skills - managing multiple project cycles, coordinating multiple teams in an effective manor
• Highly numerate and comfortable working with numbers

Expected experience;

• You will have between 5-10 years’ experience working for a market research agency
• Strong Quantitative or Qualitative background – we will consider candidates with either background who want to work in a Quant team
• Proven experience writing and winning project proposals

This role is based in the UK and candidates will need to be UK residents and hold a valid work permit/visa.
