Location: Central London | Flexible Hybrid working, office based three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join a Market Research and communications consultancy with a focus on engaging Millennials, Gen-Zers and harder to reach communities, with an ever-growing and inclusive community panel. This organisation has a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion with an engaged community of participants through various platforms on social media.

As our client is relatively new, this is a super exciting opportunity for someone to analyse current business tools to ensure efficiency of workflow across the board, helping to streamline current business processes.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities;

• At least 4-5 years’ experience working in Project Management and/or operations in a fieldwork, data collection agency, or Market Research agency
• Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
• Managing multiple studies simultaneously, in a timely manner, and to deadlines
• Developing and maintaining trusted client and supplier relations
• Executing projects on time, and in line with the budget and client expectations
• Onboarding and overseeing the performance of freelance staff across a variety of sectors
