With an ever-growing generation of avid-internet users, this role as a Community Growth Manager will give a passionate individual the opportunity to play an integral role in growing a diverse panel of respondents for Market Research opportunities. Our client is a communications consultancy with a small insight arm with yet an impactful team. We are looking for an experienced, analytical, forward-thinking candidate to be the face of our client’s community, focussing on the growth and sustainability of a truly inclusive community.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities;

• At least 2-3 years’ experience working with community/panel management and growth for agencies
• Proven experience with analysis, marketing strategies, including social media traffic campaigns
• Understanding of the Market Research industry – including Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies and various sectors
• Developing and maintaining trusted client and supplier relations
• Maintaining and refreshing current panel member information and data
• Working collaboratively across the team to develop strategies for better panel growth
• Confident and pro-active nature when dealing with challenging situations
