On behalf of a boutique agency, we are looking for a senior Quantitative Researcher. In their unique culture, sitting within their insights team of 5, you will be joining a creative environment where everyone works independently and autonomously. 

You will be joining a senior team of talented researchers, operating in a flat structure, where everyone does a bit of everything (from designing the questionnaire through to checking the data/ scripts and creating the report). Therefore, you must be willing to get your hands dirty as there is no support from junior team members. You will get the opportunity to carve out the role as you see fit, build out an area of expertise, and have an impact on business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Designing the approach to quantitative projects (ad hoc and new trackers)
• Designing and creating survey/ questionnaire content (including checking and reviewing the questionnaire and the scripting)
• Ensuring the highest standard for clients throughout
• Leading on and sharing expertise on more complex ad hoc quantitative projects (including statistical analysis eg key driver, segmentation, and trade-off)
• Managing and monitoring fieldwork 
• Designing and delivering the reporting and debriefs 
• Reviewing and being accountability for financial reporting on projects
• Account management and some business development

Requirements

• An experienced Associate Director from a market research agency
• A solid understanding to various complex quantitative methodologies and techniques 
• A willingness to operate within every part of the project life cycle and business 
• No requirement for solid processes and structures; this is a creative and ideas driven environment who embrace everyone's expertise to drive the business forward 
• A confident, ambitious self starter

Nice to have:

• A specialist background to add diversity to the team eg branding, behavioural economics etc
  
• Familiarity with Q 

You will need access to their London office at least twice a week.
