Our client serves a high-profile client base covering a variety of sectors such as technology, providing them with on-demand access to their expert panels through customised surveys. There are highly involved in projects focused on concept testing, brand equity, user testing and pricing of products.

The Survey Team has experienced remarkable growth over the past year and they are now looking to expand the team further by appointing an aspiring Senior Survey Associate who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Quantitative surveys across various industries and client types. They are in search of an articulate individual, who has a deep understanding of both the research and client elements of the full project cycle with a desire to establish and maintain long term relationships with vendors and clients.

This role could also be suitable for an experienced SRE who enjoys the client-facing element of the role and is interested in getting more involved in the management of the full cycle of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customised surveys
• Design survey requests with complex requirements and client-specific preferences       
• Manage sampling and data collection on multiple projects
• Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in market research and survey design
• Experience with questionnaire and survey writing
• Experience with data review and cleaning/quality checking
• Experience with handling statistical requests/data processing
• Ability to work in a rigorous, fast-moving environment
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task and solve problems with meticulous attention  to detail
• Energetic, driven, committed and results-oriented
