- Actively seek new clients through your network portfolio and continually grow the current client base
- Ensure new business hit and win rates are measurable with personal and company KPIs
- Support the Commercial Director in executing the strategic growth plan across the business
- Champion professionalism and rigour across the agency, ensuring the team delivers consistently and with excellence
- Lead client pitches to help grow the business and build long-lasting relationships
- Attend industry and key events
- A demonstrable track record of managing and growing key accounts
- 7 years+ experience in a client facing sales role from a market research agency
- Proven ability to surpass revenue targets
- A true passion and ability for new business development
- A thorough understanding of consumer insights and market research
- Drive and tenacity to directly outreach to new and potential clients and enhance business growth
