Now, they are looking to grow their team with a Senior Account Director in their commercial team. You will be a hunter, with a black book of contacts from within the market research industry, who can be flexible and embrace change.

Responsibilities: 

• Actively seek new clients through your network portfolio and continually grow the current client base
• Ensure new business hit and win rates are measurable with personal and company KPIs
• Support the Commercial Director in executing the strategic growth plan across the business 
• Champion professionalism and rigour across the agency, ensuring the team delivers consistently and with excellence 
• Lead client pitches to help grow the business and build long-lasting relationships 
• Attend industry and key events 

Requirements:

• A demonstrable track record of managing and growing key accounts
• 7 years+ experience in a client facing sales role from a market research agency 
• Proven ability to surpass revenue targets
• A true passion and ability for new business development
• A thorough understanding of consumer insights and market research 
• Drive and tenacity to directly outreach to new and potential clients and enhance business growth
