We are working with an award winning behaviour-led research agency that are looking to further their expansion plans with outstanding researchers. In a non-hierarchical, sociable and varied environment were everyone has opportunities for advancement, both personally and professionally, our client are looking for a talented and experienced Qualitative Associate Director.

A skilled qualitative researcher (either an existing AD or experienced RM ready for that step up), you will be creative and consultative, championing excellence and working closely with internal teams to deliver the best results.

Responsibilities:

• Leading proposal writing, pitching and taking ownership of projects
• Working with senior colleagues to develop client relationships 
• Mentoring junior team members 
• Applying behavioural science to all aspects of your work 

Requirements: 

• Extensive qualitative research experience from a market research agency 
• Understanding of a range of qualitative techniques (shopping trips/surfs and qualitative intercept work, as well as other F2F and digital methods, such as communities and online groups)
• Experienced in consumer, retail, shopper, financial services or the public sector 
• An appetite for learning more about behavioural science 
• Confident, enthusiastic and flexible with a “can do” attitude
• Great attention to detail and used to multitasking

With offices in Leeds or London, you must be willing to go in 2x a week.
